Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara (800m)
Day 04: Pokhara to Ghandruk  (1990m)
Day 05: Ghandruk to Tolka (1700m)

Detail Itinerary of  Annapurna Family trekking Route or Ghandruk Loop Trekking

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,400m)
Upon arrival at the airport, meet and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, you have an option to be escorted stroll around Thamel and the local streets of Kathmandu.

Day 02: Kathmandu Sightseeing and trek Preparation
After breakfast, start sightseeing covering the UNESCO World Heritage sites in Kathmandu, which are Kathmandu Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa.  Kathmandu Durbar Square area holds the palaces of the medieval Kings who ruled over the Kathmandu Kingdom. Swayambhu meaning the “the self-existent” is popular among the foreigners as Monkey Temple owing to the large number of monkey population residing in this area. It is said that Swayambhunath Stupa is more than 2,000 years old, and it symbolizes knowledge. The painted eyes on all four sides symbolize the all-seeing power of Buddha. It is an important Buddhist place where pilgrims from all over the world come. In the afternoon you will get short briefing and discussion regarding your trek.

Day 03: Drive Kathmandu to Pokhara (800m)
Distance 200kms – Approximately 6 Hours Drive 
Early morning after breakfast, drive to Pokhara from Kathmandu (200km) via Prithvi Highway, takes 6hrs approximately (option to fly from Kathmandu to Pokhara, takes extra cost). Along the way we will stop in scenic spots, for lunch and to get fresh as well, en-route we see more about countryside of Nepal that offers greenery, rivers, local villages, farm lands and beautiful mountain scenarios. In the evening, you have option to stroll around the Phewa Lake and local market in Pokhara.

Day 04: Pokhara to Ghandruk  (1990m)
Drive 42km, Approximately 1:5 Hours and walk 12 km  ,6 hours walk 
Early morning drive to NayaPul and start the trek. From Birethanti, we trek uphill on the trail to Ghandruk. While on the trail, we again enjoy the panoramic views of the mountains, pass along various small villages  Along with enjoying the stunningly close-up towering views of Fishtail, Annapurna South, and Hiunchuli. We also acquaint ourselves with the simple but rich cultural traditions of the Gurung people at the Gurung Museum in Ghandruk.

Day 05: Ghandruk to Tolka (1700m)
Trekking distance 9 kms – Approximately 5 Hours walk 
The hiking to Tolka is a stone staircase, Descend to the modi Khola and cross the bridge from Kamui and climb up to Landruk and the trail goes through terraced, paddy fields and villages with an easy and flat walk and continue walk to Tolka , during the trekking we can see beautiful mountain and we can see local people working their 

Day 06: Tolka to Australian Camp (2165m)
Trekking distance 8 kms – Approximately 5 Hours walk 
We start our trekking, we cross the small khola and we reach in Bhichok and then the trail takes us steeply up to Deurali (2100m). We enjoy the view of different peaks while the trek gradually descends to Pothana. We pass beautiful forest and green fields. From here we can enjoy a breathtaking view on the peaks of Annapurna range

Day 07: Australian Camp to Sarangkot (1600m)
Trekking distance 3+10 kms – Approximately 6 Hours walk  20 Minute drive 
Enjoy with sunrise view over the Annapurna  Himalayas range and , we will hike  down for about an hour in the rocky trail viewing the village of Kande. We will then drive to Nagdada and trek to Sarangkot. During trekking we can see many local houses with typical tea houses also we can see local people working in a field , during hiking we passes some pond and small temple , when we walking along the way we can see pokhara , lakeside and Phewa lake also we can see the paragliding from sarangkot 

Day 08: Sarangkot to Pokhara (800m) 
Wake up early morning for Sunrise , which is best sunrise close to Pokhara , from where we can see full Annapurna Himalayas range Part of  Dhaulagiri and Manaslu and Ganesh himal Range 
Annapurna I (8,091 m /10th highest), Dhaulagiri (8,167 m / 7th highest) Manaslu (8,156 m / 8th highest), Annapurnas II (7,937m) , Annapurna III (7,555m), Annapurna IV (7,525m) Machhapuchhre or Fishtail (6,997m), Ganesh Himal (7,446m), Annapurna South (7,219 m), Gangapurna (7,455m), Himchuli (6,441 m), Himchuli (6,441 m), Lamjung Himal (6, 931 m) 
And just below we can see Seti river which is origin from Annapurna Himalayas range and other side we can see beautiful city pokhara and on top we can see world peace stupa , 
After sunrise we have several option drop to Pokhara 
1) Trek to Pokhara : which it take 3 Hours drop to Phewa lake and follow the trail to hotel 
2) Drive to Pokhara : Which is 45 minute drive 
3) Paragliding and drive back to Hotel : around 30 Minute paragliding and drop to bank of  Phewa lake and drive or walk to Hotel 

Day 09: Pokhara Free day
After finish trekking pokhara is a really nice places for chill out , pokhara is very popular for paragliding so suggest for that and you can enjoy the boat ride in phewa lake  which is beautiful lake in Nepal or if you like to do city tour we can do city tour and visit most popular places like Bindivashini Temple , Devi's Fall Gupteshwor cave , Tibetan refugee camp , Mountain museum old Bazaar Etc , in evening if you are interested for shopping it a best places for shopping 

Day 10: Drive Pokhara  to Kathmandu 
After breakfast, drive from Pokhara to Kathmandu(200km/6-7hrs). we can enjoy the diverse landscape and scenery en-route. Upon arrival in Kathmandu, you will be transferred to your hotel. 

Day 11: Departure
You will be transfer to the International airport by Private vehicle according to your flight schedule.
